Isn't it about time that tenants had someone to turn to for support, advice, a community who understands and can help?

Thats what this site is about!

For too long landlords have had it all their own way, so we've decided to do something about that.

Do you live in poor housing that is not what you expected when you moved in?

Has your landlord or agent not treated you with honesty, respect, or failed to honour your tenancy agreement, or have they breached the tenancy act?

Perhaps you want to find a good house, flat, apartment, a room in a hall of residence or commercial building with an honest, respectful and lawful landlord?

Do you want to rate your landlord or provide a property review to help others avoid the poor housing you've had to put up with?

If any of this applies to you then Tenancy Support is just the place for you!

By providing an opportunity for you to rate your landlord, provide landlord or agent reviews, we are going to reduce the number of problem landlords and agents, and increase the number of great NZ landlords and great rented homes.

It is also our intention that Tenancy Support empowers tenants to demand their rights, and have someone who can advocate for those less able when their landlord or agent does not perform.

We want to provde support to those tenants who need it, and help weed out the poor housing and problem landlords.

Membership Is absolutely free, and we have so much to offer, so why not sign up now and leave your tenancy worries behind!
